Schedule A Half Day Mediation

Mediation sessions are available in half-day or full-day formats, depending on the complexity of each case. If a full or partial agreement is reached, we will draft the agreement and circulate it for convenient electronic signature.

Virtual Mediation

For your convenience, mediations are conducted virtually via Zoom. Virtual mediation provides a secure and private setting, allowing parties to participate from separate locations while easily reviewing and signing agreements in real time.

Scheduling Your Mediation

• To schedule a mediation, please use the online calendars to view available dates for half-day and full-day sessions.
• Available dates appear as light blue circles
• Select a date to view available times
• Once all parties have agreed on a date and time, complete the online form to request your reservation
• After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with your pending reservation details. A member of our office will follow up to confirm and finalize your booking.

Mediation Rates

• $300 per hour
• Fees are typically split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed or ordered by the Court

Minimum Charges

• Half-day mediation: 2-hour minimum
• Full-day mediation: 3-hour minimum
