Shelly Beach

With deep roots in Pinellas County as a fourth-generation resident, Shelly Beach brings a profound commitment to her clients and community. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida before continuing her legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Shelly has spent over 20 years honing her litigation and negotiation skills across various family law and civil legal matters. Her primary focus is on guiding individuals through the complexities of family law issues. Known for her desire to understand, promote open communication, and deliver thoughtful advice, Shelly ensures that her clients feel supported and confident as they navigate the legal system.

As a Florida Supreme Court Family Law Certified Mediator, Shelly empowers families to maintain control over their case outcomes. Additionally, she strongly advocates for Collaborative Law as an effective method for resolving disputes amicably and reducing conflict.

In addition to her legal and mediation practices, Shelly serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Sixth Circuit, where she represents the best interests and wishes of minor children in family law cases.

Shelly’s leadership extends beyond her practice. She is a Past President of both the Clearwater Bar Association and the Dunedin North Rotary Club, and she has held numerous leadership roles within these organizations.

When she’s not working, Shelly enjoys quality time with her husband, their three children, and three dogs. Her personal and professional life reflects her commitment to family values and community service.
