Family Law Mediation
At The Beach Law Firm, we believe that mediation is a powerful tool for resolving family law disputes with less conflict and greater control. Led by Shelly Beach, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, our mediation services are designed to facilitate creative problem solving to achieve amicable resolutions that serve the best interests of all parties involved. We offer both virtual and in-person mediation services.
Embarking on a mediation journey is often a positive step towards resolving family disputes. Mediation services are scheduled as half-day or full-day sessions depending on your needs and goals. Contact us today to schedule your mediation.

Virtual Mediation Services
Our Virtual Mediation offers the same effectiveness and efficiency as in-person sessions, allowing all parties to participate from a location of their choice. Using professional Zoom video conferencing (provided at no cost to participants), our virtual platform is compatible with smartphones, tablets, and computers. Once you receive a simple email link, you'll join a secure session where the mediator manages all aspects - facilitating discussions, handling separate virtual breakout rooms, sharing documents, and guiding negotiations - mimicking the thorough and personal approach of traditional face-to-face mediation.

Experience a seamless and productive mediation process from wherever you are, with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Benefits of Mediation
Confidentiality
Unlike court proceedings, mediation is a confidential process. This allows parties to discuss matters openly without public scrutiny or concern that it will put their case at risk.
Cost-Effective Solution
Mediation is often quicker and costs less than traditional litigation due to its streamlined nature and reduced need for extensive legal procedures. A mediation settlement agreement typically costs substantially less than trial.
Control & Flexibilitty
Mediation empowers you to shape the outcome of your case, offering more flexibility and creative solutions than a courtroom setting. Using Zoom, you can participate from the comfort of your home or office.
Preserve Relationships
By fostering collaboration rather than adversarial conflict, mediation helps preserve relationships, which is especially important in family matters. This can reduce the negative impact on children.
Leveraging Experience
In mediation, Shelly Beach brings a deep understanding of the complexities and sensitivities involved in family matters. She uses her skills and experience to help explore solutions.
Resolution
During mediation you can create, review, and sign a settlement agreement resolving all or some matters in your case. This allows you to resolve your case on your own terms so you can move on with your future.
